Overview:
General Summary of Job
o Conducts intermediate to complex financial analysis including market analysis and competitive analysis for internal marketing divisions
o Performs strategic modelling of product/customer mix and/or incremental business opportunities
o Prepares and analyses ad hoc operational and financial performance analysis
o Proactively identifies and recommends solutions to business issues and ensures deliverables are achieved with superior quality and cost

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
” Develop and work with financial models for analyzing market and competitive conditions and recommend conclusion and actions
” Perform detailed analysis including strategic analysis and evaluation of potential incremental business opportunities
” Execute and measure programs which improve the overall productivity and profitability of the organization
” Develop presentations and leads executive and management discussions
” Ensure proper use of data to support executive decision making process
” Track execution against committed impacts and milestones
” Collaborate with departmental leaders and business contacts to ensure achievement of key business objectives
” Focus on end to end processes in consideration of cross functional impact

Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Education Required

” Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting plus minimum of 5 years’ experience preferred or Master’s Degree plus minimum of 3 years’ experience preferred
” Previous experience in operational analysis preferred
” Strong Excel, VBA, Access, SAP Analysis skills required
” Good Tableau, Crystal Reports, Query Designer skills required
” Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels
” Ability to initiate projects and set timelines and expectations
” Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
” Display high level of thinking to evaluate information and draw conclusions including ability to address root cause of issues and decipher differences between critical details and unimportant facts
” Able to display assertiveness and a high level of self-confidence
” Willingness to work in a multi-cultural and multi-skilled team
” Excellent verbal and written communication skills
” Able to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment and work constructively under stress and pressure
