Position Highlights:_x000D_ · Ensure Accurate collection and communications of requirements necessary to support company operation and initiatives through interactions with cross-functional requirement gathering teams including, but not limited to, technical resources, Subject Matter Experts (SME), business representatives, clinicians, and vendor representatives to document the business and functional requirements, system specifications, and testing attributes and results._x000D_ · Serve as the Information Technology representative to business, liaising for IT with both internal and external customers._x000D_ · Full lifecycle management of business and functional requirements, use case development, and the business design._x000D_ · Work as a member of cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance the company’s capabilities and ensure maximum value is delivered to stakeholders._x000D_ · Post analysis work to monitor and ensure the requirements are implemented properly, accounted for, and socialized in developed specifications documents._x000D_ · Understand and document business needs._x000D_ · Developing/translating specifications for requested deliverables._x000D_ · Ensuring accurate implementation of specification to meet business needs_x000D_ _x000D_ The Ideal Candidate_x000D_ · Professional with experience in IT Business Analysis and working closely with SMEs in healthcare industry._x000D_ · Highly reliable with outstanding planning & follow through to ensure projects/initiatives move forward efficiently and effectively to completion._x000D_ · Outstanding oral/written communication and interpersonal/networking skills._x000D_ · Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills. Able to communicate with stakeholders and technology personnel._x000D_ · Excellent customer service & problem solving skills with ability to proactively identify issues/trends and solutions to address conflicts._x000D_ · Highly organized and able to handle multiple internal/external projects at a time_x000D_ · Self-directed and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks with minimal supervision._x000D_ · Ability to work in a fast paced environment and comfortable adjusting to changing priorities; works well in a team environment_x000D_ _x000D_ Responsibilities:_x000D_ · Works with cross-functional requirement gathering teams including, but not limited to, technical resources, Subject Matter Experts (SME), business representatives, clinicians, and vendor representatives to document the business and functional requirements, system specifications, and testing attributes and results._x000D_ · Responsible for the full lifecycle management of business and functional requirements, use case development, and the business design. Prepares accurate and detailed requirement specification documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents, process workflows._x000D_ · Leads in the facilitation, collection, formalization, communication, and validation of requirements to team members and external third party business partners and constituents._x000D_ · Implements agile processes and methodologies to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customers’ expectations. Participate in ceremonies / activities required by Agile SDLC as necessary_x000D_ · Post analysis work to monitor and ensure the requirements are implemented properly, accounted for, and socialized in developed specifications documents._x000D_ _x000D_ Credentials and Qualifications:_x000D_ · Bachelor’s Degree and minimum seven years’ experience in an information systems business analyst role analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements, in support of strategic organizational initiatives including experience in health care industry._x000D_ · At least one year experience working in an agile environment and cross-functional teams required. _x000D_ · Excellent verbal and written communication skills._x000D_ · Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. _x000D_ · Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and MS Visio. _x000D_ · Excellent facilitation and presentation skills._x000D_ · Experience with Project Managements tools such as MS Project and Agile management tools JIRA, Rally, Version One a plus._x000D_ · CSM or CSPO strongly preferred
